Zero to Zoom is structured to help participants achieve massive sales production by addressing the real challenges to peak performance in a sales environment.
Many studies conclude that about 85% of performance success is based on attitudes and about 15% is on the skills developed. For this reason, the Zero to Zoom program also deals with the inner issues that cause and contribute to success in sales; attitudes, core values, ethics, integrity, self-beliefs and behavior
The above being true means that a greater return on investment for a company or organization can be gained by developing the “soft skills” sets of their sales teams as compared to the traditional emphasis on “hard skills” training alone.
The core of this program is based on the utilizing of tried and proven techniques, tools and formulas to enhance productivity by addressing the “soft skills” development and evolvement of sales teams.

Duration of the Program
One full day (8 hours) for the Zero to Zoom training program plus four (4) times two (2) hour “follow-through” and reinforcement programs in the second, fourth, sixth and eight weeks after the initial training program. The ‘follow-through’ and reinforcement programs are designed to ensure successful learning, implementation and positive results over a period of time.
This Zero to Zoom program is designed to be an experiential learning program, converting knowledge, skills and experience into automatic behavioral change which generates desired results.
Behavioral change can be achieved between 21 and 28 days of consistent focus and practice.
