E-Luan was initially trained as an Accountant having graduated from The Australian National University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Her last position before starting her own businesses was as a Senior Tax Consultant at PriceWaterhouse Coopers.

E-Luan is a Certified Law Of Attraction Coach with Michael J. Losier (author of international bestselling book “The Law of Attraction”) and also a Certified Facilitator of the Integrity Selling Program - Selling the Way People Want to Buy.

E-Luan has a wealth of experience both in the corporate and business arenas and is therefore able to provide participants of her programs unique and in-depth perspectives in relation to Communication Skills, Leadership, Personal Development and the Law of Attraction.

E-Luan also is one of the first female trainers in the world who conducts Law Of Attraction programs for Corporates.

Sivapragasam is a qualified Engineer in the field of Mechanical and Systems Engineering. His career has brought him to work with large MNCs such as Motorola and National Semiconductor and his last assignment was as the Head of Department of Process and Equipment.

Upon searching for his calling, Siva found his passion is to Inspire and Empower Lives. This brought him to Michael Losier (author of international bestselling book “Law of Attraction”)’s Certification Program in Vancouver in 2008. As a Certified Law of Attraction Facilitator, Siva’s focus is now in helping individuals, businesses and organizations improve their performance and achievements using effective tools & techniques.

His first success as a coach came from his family where his children, Kreshna, Kavena and Kavitha started attracting awesome results at school and great relationships at home. As a result, Kavena and Kavitha were interviewed by Michael Losier.

Siva is the co-founder or The Law of Attraction Centre, Malaysia where thousands have been trained through their corporate and public programs. To date, Siva has spoken in many seminars and has shared stage with inspiring individuals such as Ras Adiba Radzi, a National icon for Malaysians and Mehdhi Fakharzadeh, a legend in the Insurance Industry.

Derek Kulasingham is an Entrepreneur, Business Owner and Trainer. His businesses provide training, coaching and consultancy services in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Leadership Development and the Law of Attraction. Derek’s focus is in the creation of new distribution channels and building networks of consumers for products and

services in the Asia Pacific Region with global affiliates and associates.

Upon graduating from the Australian National University as an Environmental Scientist, Derek pursued a career in Environmental Consulting in the oil and gas industry before venturing into business ownership and corporate management.

In 2000, Derek was appointed CEO of Level One Communications, a joint venture company providing a variety of telecommunication services. One of the highlights of his tenure as CEO was in taking Level One Communications, a start-up company from zero to RM6million in annual revenue within four (4) years; breaking even in the first eighteen months.

In overcoming a life-threatening illness in 2004, Derek began to pursue his passion in leadership development training and business coaching. This has led to new business partnerships in the areas of education, training, business coaching and in the health and wellness industry. Derek is a Certified Law of Attraction Trainer with Michael Losier, author of the global bestseller “The Law of Attraction: The Science of Getting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don’t”.

Derek’s recent business ventures include the start-up and operations of the Law of Attraction Centre, Malaysia in 2008. Together with associates from the Law of Attraction Centres in New Zealand and Australia, Derek is in the process of defining a business model for regional and global expansion.
