In September 2008, E-Luan and her partners co-founded The LOA Centre, Malaysia, a Training and Performance Coaching company, spreading the message of personal transformation through abundant and balanced healthy living. The success of The LOA Centre in Malaysia which has helped thousands of people transform their lives has inspired its intention to expand its presence throughout the Asia Pacific region.

With a wealth of experience both in the corporate and business arenas together with her personal healing experience in overcoming cancer, E-Luan is able to provide participants of her programmes unique and in-depth perspectives in the areas of Law of Attraction, Communication Skills, Leadership, Personal Development, Sales and Marketing & Health and Well-Being.

Sivapragasam is a qualified Engineer in the field of Mechanical and Systems Engineering. His career has brought him to work with large MNCs such as Motorola and National Semiconductor and his last assignment was as the Head of Department of Process and Equipment.

Upon searching for his calling, Siva found his passion is to Inspire and Empower Lives. This brought him to Michael Losier (author of international bestselling book “Law of Attraction”)’s Certification Program in Vancouver in 2008. As a Certified Law of Attraction Facilitator, Siva’s focus is now in helping individuals, businesses and organizations improve their performance and achievements using effective tools & techniques.

His first success as a coach came from his family where his children, Kreshna, Kavena and Kavitha started attracting awesome results at school and great relationships at home. As a result, Kavena and Kavitha were interviewed by Michael Losier.

Siva is the co-founder or The Law of Attraction Centre, Malaysia where thousands have been trained through their corporate and public programs. To date, Siva has spoken in many seminars and has shared stage with inspiring individuals such as Ras Adiba Radzi, a National icon for Malaysians and Mehdhi Fakharzadeh, a legend in the Insurance Industry.

In overcoming leukaemia in 2004, Derek began to pursue his passion in personal transformation,performance excellence and leadership development. Since then, based on his personal experiences, in depth study and association with some of the world’s leading teachers of self development and healing modalities, Derek has designed, applied and taught programmes “to inspire people to live empowering lives at their fullest potential”.

Derek is trained as an Environmental Scientist from The Australian National University and pursued a career in environmental consulting and construction in the oil and gas industry before venturing into corporate management where he was appointed CEO of a company providing telecommunication products and services.

Having started-up and managed several successful “conventional” type businesses in the past, Derek’s active participation in the areas of health and wellbeing, performance coaching and leadership development has led him to co-found The LOA Centre, a training company focusing on Performance Coaching and Personal Transformation in Malaysia, with associates in Australia and New Zealand.

Derek is a successful entrepreneur and together with his wife E-Luan, also a cancer survivor, continue to expand their businesses in the Asia Pacific region adopting the culture of “My business is a lifestyle. My work has a holiday feeling”. Their combined strength in supporting each other and overcoming significant challenges during their respective healing experiences are an inspiration to many persons and their families facing similar circumstances.
